Services
Specialized work for people who need more than generalist therapy.
I offer a focused set of services designed around depth, integration, and expertise — not a broad menu.
For Clients
Working together
01
Individual Therapy
Integrated IFS · NSI · EMDR sessions for adults
This is the core of my practice. Sessions draw on IFS, Neurosomatic Intelligence, and EMDR as needed — not as separate modalities, but as a coherent approach to working with pattern, physiology, and parts together. Well-suited for people who have done therapy before and need a different level of depth.
02
EMDR Intensives
Concentrated trauma processing in an extended format
Standard weekly therapy moves at the pace of weekly therapy. Intensives offer a different container: longer sessions over a shorter period, designed for more focused processing of traumatic material. Useful for those who want to move more efficiently through specific events or patterns.

Consultation for Therapists
EMDRIA Certified Consultant · IFS Certified
I provide consultation for EMDR-trained clinicians working toward EMDRIA certification, and for therapists deepening their IFS practice. I also coach in EMDR trainings and have served as an IFS program assistant. If you're a clinician wanting to integrate these approaches more skillfully, I'd like to work with you.

Therapy for Therapists
Specialized support for clinicians
Therapists carry a particular kind of load — the work of holding space while managing your own system. I work with therapists who want depth work with someone who understands the clinical context from the inside.
EMDR Consultation Group
Parts, Processing & the Nervous System
This group is for licensed clinicians who are EMDR-trained and either IFS-trained or actively curious about parts work. If you've found yourself toggling between EMDR and IFS mid-session — wondering whether you're helping or muddying the water — this group was built for you.
Most EMDR consultation groups are protocol-focused. This one is integration-focused. Cases are held through three lenses — nervous system readiness, parts-level access, and trauma reprocessing — and the clinical discussion centers on which framework leads and why. Consultees leave with a working integration model they can apply independently, not just feedback on a single case.
Each 90-minute session
Case presentation (10–15 min) → Group consultation with EMDR/IFS/NSI integration lens (50–60 min) → Integration pull: closing synthesis of clinical reasoning (10–15 min). Consultees rotate case presentation. Non-presenting members participate actively — this is a peer consultation model, not didactic.

This group is peer-level clinical consultation for licensed clinicians — not supervision, not training. IFS work spans the full model including exile-level case discussion, appropriate to the licensure level of participants. Monthly subscribers hold their spot through the commitment period; after 3 months, month-to-month with 30 days written notice to cancel. No refunds for missed sessions — the group runs regardless of individual attendance.
Fees
Individual therapy sessions and clinician consultation are $175 per 60-minute session.
EMDR Intensives are priced by format and length — contact me for details.
I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. I can provide a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many PPO plans reimburse a portion of out-of-network therapy costs — I recommend checking with your provider about your out-of-network mental health benefits.
A limited number of reduced-fee spots may be available. Feel free to ask.
