About
Twenty years of depth work.

I became a therapist because I was drawn to what sits underneath the surface — the patterns that persist despite insight, the parts that protect long past the point of usefulness, the nervous system states that shape experience in ways we often can't name. Twenty years in, that interest hasn't faded.
I work with adults who are thoughtful, often highly functional, and carrying more than is visible. People who have frequently tried therapy before — and found that talking about things helped, but didn't fully move them. My work is integrative by design: IFS, EMDR, and Neurosomatic Intelligence aren't separate tools I pull from a drawer. They're a coherent framework for working at the level of pattern, physiology, and parts — together.

I don't work with everyone — intentionally.
My practice is designed for people who are ready to work at depth. That means clients who are curious about their internal experience, willing to slow down and pay attention, and not just looking for symptom management. If that's you, I'd like to hear from you.
